Our Fear Free Certified Professionals understand that pets can experience fear, anxiety, and stress (FAS)  during grooming and other services. With their specialized training, they know how to handle even the most anxious or stressed-out pets with compassion and patience. Our staff will not drag, pull, hold down or force any pet. As trained professionals, we will work with your pet on an emotional level because we understand how traumatic grooming can be for a pet.  If your pet has been traumatized in a previous grooming session elsewhere, we will work on helping to desensitize your pet through repeated controlled gentle exposures.
